The Coach Pain Academy is a functional fitness program that provides a unique approach to high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. This type of training involves multiple rounds of short intervals of high-intensity movements that increase the heart rate to at least 80%, followed by shorter intervals of lower-intensity movements.
